Organisations like this are not “designed” – they are grown, nurtured like a plant or a human child.

As an organisation, we are still in our youth, open to learning and developing fast. That means we have to be willing to make mistakes – not always easy in a world where business advisers are expected to model perfection and absolute confidence. We prefer humility and humour 🙂
